Die Wohnfläche des Wohnhauses beträgt 174 m². Weiterhin wurden im Erdgeschoss Kellerersatzräume mit einer Grundfläche von 40 m² angeordnet. Eine Innenbesichtigung der Gebäude war eingeschränkt möglich.
