Gemäß Angaben lässt der äußere Eindruck auf einen normalen Unterhaltungszustand erwarten. Die Garage macht laut Gutachten einen vernachlässigten Eindruck. Der Zustand ist altersgerecht. Es war keine Innenbesichtigung möglich.
