Laut Gutachten übersteigen die Mängelbeseitigungskosten den Gebäuderestwert bei weitem. Die verwendeten Baustoffe werden am Markt nicht mehr akzeptiert. Die Grundrisskonzeption ist nicht mehr zeitgemäß. Die Energiebilanz ist aus heutiger Sicht nicht mehr vertretbar.
