Die Kiefer ist auf den nährstoffreichen Standorten zu breitastig und erzielt nur Massenware. Die Fichte ist nicht standortsgemäß und weist bei Trockenheit Trockenstressrisiken auf. Ein Waldumbau zu standortsgerechten Baumarten (Buche, Hainbuche, Eiche) wird empfohlen. Keine Schutzgebietseintragungen oder Altlasten vorhanden; die Grundstücke liegen im Landschaftlichen Vorbehaltsgebiet 22, ohne unmittelbare Auswirkungen auf die Nutzung.
